Payments & Refunds

Dufferin Directory will only accept payments as outlined in the user area of this site. Dufferin Directory will charge a $25 fee for any cheques which are returned for insufficient funds.

Upgraded directory listings paid on an annual basis are non-refundable.

To downgrade a directory listing that is being charged on a monthly basis, you may go to PayPal (http://www.paypal.com) and cancel your subscription to Dufferin Directory at any time. Dufferin Directory will maintain your upgraded status for 30 days from your last payment. At that time, you will automatically be downgraded to a free Bronze directory listing.

Real Estate listings are non-refundable. If the property you have listed sells prior to your expiration date, you may list another property in it's place, to use the remaining time.

Reservation of Rights

Dufferin Directory reserves the right to discontinue www.dufferindirectory.com at any time without notice and without liability.

We reserve the right to screen any material submitted prior to posting, monitor the material once posted by users, or remove the material, in whole or in part, either on a temporary or permanent basis.

If you breach these Terms of Service, Dufferin Directory reserves the right to terminate your registration with your ability to access www.dufferindirectory.com and/or any other services provided to you without refund.

We have no liability or responsibility to users or third parties for performance or nonperformance of our rights.

www.dufferindirectory.com may contain links to third-party websites or may permit third parties to advertise or offer you subscriptions or registration-based services.
