Never have I been so disgusted with a restaurant than I have been with this one. Service is slow, waitress argues because she does not know the menu!!, food order is wrong, food is cold, and then when we complain we get told that we have been in before so they are not going to credit the meal. My family and I have never been there and the owner or whoever it was that said it didn't even have the decency to come out and confront us with the accusation because they knew it was a lie!!. They credited the meal allright they had no choice. Maybe if we had received better treatment we may have gone and tried again but after that I will not step foot in that restaurant again and whenever anyone asks me I will tell them what we went through. Normally Wimpy's is great food I have been to them before. Orangeville I will never go to again!! They can't even apologize for the disrespect. In all our years my husband and I have never ordered food and then got up and walked out because of it.
