I was at your location on Sun. Oct 1/06 at appr. 4:45 p.m. The young blonde that served me was not a very pleasant person. I know it was near the end of the day but she was rather rude. My charge was $11.02; I handed her a 20 and she proceded to give me back .98c in change. I told her not to bother giving me back all that change, and that I would go out to my vehicle and bring in the 2 pennies. She then dipped into the cup that had a number of pennies, took out 2 of them and slammed the cash drawer closed. Upon leaving your salon she never bothered to ask how my tan was or even to say good-night. My plan was to bring in the 2 pennies plus more but I figured she probably had locked the door as soon as I left. Next time I come in I will make a point of replacing the pennies. This is the first time I have ever experienced anything like this at the Orangeville location as I have been a customer for a number of years. This young lady should not be employed at your salon. Sorry but I wanted to make you aware of what sometimes goes on. Otherwise I enjoy your salon and will sometimes drive the distant.
