Melanie, also known as the "The Click Chick" by her growing number of clients, has been in the photography business professionally for about one year now. It was soon after High school that she took up photography as a hobby because she realized she felt at home with a camera in her hands. Starting with a 35mm camera, Melanie began taking pictures of friends weddings, nature shots, and just life in general. However it did not take others long, including Melanie, to realize that her inspiration and artistry in taking these pictures was unique, and that her perspective in picture taking stood out. Soon Melanie decided to attend Fanshawe College to attain the Photography Diploma, which was completed in 2006. This also led her to the Digital side of her creativity. Many people venture into the photography business, but as her clients will attest, few are able to capture the simple moments in life and create lifelong memories that will becherished for years to come.
