Help Call is an easy to use personal emergency response service that ensures you receive rapid assistance in your home or condo whenever you need it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service comprises 24 hour monitoring using 2 pieces of equipment. The Base Unit features a loudspeaker and microphone enabling full 2-way voice contact between you and our Operators. It also features a battery backup in the event of a power outage. The Help Button is fully waterproof so it can be worn at all times, even in the bath or shower, either as a pendant or wristband. It has an extensive range, so whether you are in the bathroom or in the garden, your call for help will be answered. When help is needed, simply press your Help Button and you will be automatically linked with one of our Operators who will make voice contact with you. If we cannot make voice contact with you we will automatically arrange help.
