My husband and I have just completed our third real estate transaction with Barbara Martin. We have always enjoyed dealing with Barbara. She is very knowledgeable of the Orangeville area and pointed out things to look for in each neighbourhood. Barbara was very patient with us. She corresponded with me almost daily via email and calmed me down after each of my weekly meltdowns. Barbara was never pushy and went out of her way to make sure that we got the home of our dreams - which we did thanks to her excellent negotiating skills.
Barbara was always there for us when we needed advice and made sure we got the best deal in both buying and selling our homes. Her excellent sense of humour and pleasant personality made her a lot of fun to be around while we searched through what felt like every home in town. I would highly recommend Barbara to anyone looking for an excellent realator. She is the best!!!
